Mount up follow that bed to the road, follow the road till your just about directly south of the other lake and the road starts to turn west. You can farm these rather easily. 60 UD Affliction Loc is what i farmed with along with VW tank. Comment by valschicAny "reliable" spot in outlands to farm these? Or is it just a low chance to drop from the same type of mobs that drop motes of water?

Comment by AllakhazamFarming these from the Elementals in WP can take ages, killed 70 Elementals and got 2 essences. Only in regards to not being able to see the minor water manifistation, although i would think that would mean you have to fight it again, but its super easy, just did it 21 Troll Shaman I simply walked along one edge until I saw a bunch around each other, three at one place for each time. So it took me walking three times along one edge, done in two minutes.Comment by AllakhazamFor the first hour I didn't get any of these at all. Then got 2 in 10 mins. Needed to go afk, couple of hours later got another 3 in 30-40 mins. So I'm pretty happy about the drop rate I got =) The pools that contain the elemental items (called a 'Patch of Elemental Water') are spread through the zone in the coastal area known as the Bay of Storms. The area is patrolled by mid-50 level elite giants (as well as a few other mobs), but they're mostly easily avoided if you aren't too low a level. These pools are in set locations around the bay, and it appears that only one (at most) pool is active at a time. There are possibly 7 locations we've discovered, and the locations are shown on the map I've made (full size map) Take the elemental's bracers, along with the remaining drops of Brine's potion, and place them on the brazier. Comment by AllakhazamFished a couple of pools in Azshara yesterday called "Patch of Elemental Water". Got a total of 4 Essences out of the deal. After I fished out the first one (maybe 5 casts?) I went swimming around the zone for about 10 minutes, looking for more, and found one, and fished that one out, too. 4 Essence in about 15 minutes total, on top of the usual Stonescale/Winter Squid/Lobsters/Mightfish. Comment by AllakhazamThis is a bit complicated, so hopefully this will help: First, go the the obelisk (at 37,44) and drink your water sapta, which should be in your inventory. When the spirits appear, look for the one that you can kill. There is only one. I found him near the pond. Kill it and loot the bracers.

Comment by Allakhazamthe drop rate at the southern lake in EPL is at this point I believe to be one drop per year, or so it feels. I killed for about an hour yesterday and got one, been at it for about an hour today and none. Comment by ThottbotYeah you just run up into the hills behind the Sepulcher as mentioned in other posts & drop down almost right on the quest mob. Comment by ThottbotOnce you have the vial of purest water, head to Silverpine forest. Drink the water sapta at the shrine, on the shore almost due west of the sepulcher.
