The main botanicals of Açai Berries, Lemon Thyme, Basil and Rosemary provide herbaceous and sweet notes. All that sweet retribution turned their salty tears into a juicy passion fruit and mango flavoured shimmering gin liqueur with a 20% ABV. Like our forebears we imagine a different world, where homelessness is not inevitable, where re-offending rates are reduced and kind, respectful relationships are built one conversation at a time. Each bottle of Cornish Blue Flamingo Gin is a testament to the rare and beautiful, much like the mythical blue flamingo itself. The inclusion of Black Bee Honey sourced from the mesmerising Rame Peninsula adds a touch of local sweetness, elevating the gin to a new level of complexity.

Strutting in with flavours of the Caribbean of; Mango, Pineapple, Passionfruit, Allspice and Ginger. Some of these botanicals found growing in my own garden, black Bee honey produced on Rame Peninsula and the amazing special Açai Berries from Brazil. They had their sight set to create their very own gin, gaining the knowledge and experience of the local gin world first, gave them a better understanding of what type of Gin they would like to create, and over time Cornish Blue Flamingo was born!
